“Loved the building and unit I stayed at! The unit was clean and had the right supplies for my stay, which was wonderful. The whole place felt quiet and safe. The main downside was communication from Mint House itself. There's an important email for move-in that I didn't get until I called, the key system (for getting the key) didn't work so I had to call again, and apparently parking is $30 per day which was a convenient fine print thing they did rather than include it in the overall cost. ”

“Great location, very clean and great amenities, such as snacks, water, and coffee. Shower was great with soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied and bed was super comfortable. Easy parking in the parking garage a plus!”

“The rental looks exactly like the pictures and bigger than we expected. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was about 15 or 20 minutes away from everything we went to including driving downtown to DreamCon. It is located right down the street to NGR stadium and if this place is available we will stay again when we come to see the Texans play. The host responded to all our inquiries promptly and was very gracious to us. ”

“This rental was a perfect location for a family wanting to visit all of the museums and zoo. My kids attended camp at the Houston Zoo for the week. I worked from the apartment during the day and then we explored the area in the afternoon. The apartment was very spacious and had what we needed for the week. The pool was great with an outdoor grilling area.”

“A beautifully furnished apartment! Everything about our stay was great! Check in was easy. Very pleased about how clean the apartment was and all the little extra things that mean something special like coffee, sodas, water, a bottle of wine and snacks! There was also shampoo and personal items along with laundry soap. Close to the medical center and many things to do in the area. Parking onsite was easy! We received some great recommendations from the owners for dining and entertainment too....

“The unit was nice, exactly as pictured. A bit smaller than other units in the same complex. It could use a fresh coat of paint. Curtains on the bed room windows would be nice addition. The shades don’t block the light out very well. Overall the place was nice and I would recommend.”
