“Home was very clean and well kept. Nice kitchen and living area. Beds were ok. Only problem was the 4th bedroom is outside. It is part of the patio that has been enclosed. We had to leave the back door unlocked in case that person had to come in to use the bathroom at night. And you would get wet if it was raining. Host came over to help unlock everything when the first of our party got there and was very helpful! Would stay there again if we only needed 3 bedrooms.”

“This place photographs a bit better than it actually is, especially the bathroom. The bathroom needs a total renovation. I didn't even want to get in the tub. Backyard needs to be cleaned up and kept that way. In bedroom there is only one curtain panel per window rather than the 2 per window, a savings that makes the room look cheap. The living room and kitchenette were fine. The location is close to park and looks like the neighborhood is improving”

“This place was a private haven in the middle of Memphis! The entire property has a privacy fence with gate which definitely makes you feel safe and secure! We absolutely LOVED the Viking kitchen stove since we cook quite often, and the large shower was wonderful and luxurious! The beds were quite comfortable, and the customer assistance from Julia was great! She was available for helping answer questions, help us get into the property gate, etc. she was very kind and prompt with her replies...
