“This cottage was the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The views were spectacular and it was a very peaceful setting-inside and out. We enjoyed waking up to the serene gardens in the front of the property surrounded by coastal trees. The property sat on a bluff overlooking the ocean-amazing sunsets, beautiful and private. There were many bird sightings (including a grey heron who visited us) and we enjoyed the nature within the area-Noyo Headlands Park, Glass Beach, and the Mendocino...

Above all the things to do in town, as well as the games and books to read at the cottage, it was truly a place to be able to slow down, breathe, relax, remember what's important in life. “Love this place and would stay here again. Everything is renovated beautifully. We loved sipping coffee while watching the hummingbirds outside the window. The Murphy bed was comfortable as well as the main bed. We were incredibly bummed that the fog never lifted during our stay. The water is RIGHT THERE, but we never saw it. Location is great, close to ft Bragg and Mendocino. Of note, we felt weird taking a shower or washing dishes because it is plastered everywhere about how bad the drought...
