âCame for the tub and architecture(delicious copper depth and available serotonin soak did not disappoint!) and must say was pleasantly surprised by the true emphasis on ways to build community during the stay via the sibling of a pizza place next door. Without being forceful (i wasnt exactly in a new people meeting mindset during my short travel weary stay) every person on staff helped me feel seen and taken care of. âWe thought Populus was a great option for a Denver visit. The Convention Center is a very short walk from the hotel. The staff in the restaurants were very knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were well appointed but efficient. The rooms had everything you would need for a comfortable stay . With 2 restaurants and a coffee bar, food options were plentiful. I would definitely stay again.â

âStayed here when we attended a Rockies game as it was a short walk the stadium. The hotel was clean, room was comfy and bathroom was roomy. It has a bar, coffee shop and restaurants on the first room. Iâd stay again â

âWe'd always wanted to stay right inside the historic train station. Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The dining options were wonderful. The local shuttle service was perfect for us. We seldom stay in such luxurious lodging but this was well worth the splurge. â

âPleasant stay, but checkout issues
Overall, the room and location were great, and I enjoyed my stay. However, at checkout I was initially charged for breakfast despite it being included in my package, and there was also an unexplained pending charge on my card. While these issues were frustrating, I appreciate that after I submitted my online feedback, the hotel followed up promptly by email to check in with me and investigate the situation.
