Schöner Pool in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Tennisplatz gleich daneben.Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florenz, usw. . “Leuk en mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht. Klein zwembadje (niet verwarmd) met een leuk terras. Het huis is authentiek ingericht, met mooie meubels. En met een mooie oude authentieke trap. De matrassen van de bedden zijn een beetje hard. Het huis is goed schoongemaakt en ruikt fris. Op elke kamer is airco. De keuken is voorzien van vaatwasser, oven en grote koelkast. Vuilnis moet zelf aan de straat worden gezet, gesorteerd, 200a300 meter bergopwaarts. Het huis ligt mooi gelegen, vlakbij Gambassi...

“Wonderful stay here. View from garden is beautiful over rolling hills for sunsets. Pool is magnificent and set on ridge with 270 degree views, quite something in the evening. Pool and tennis shared with 3-4 other families but pool is big enough to cope with that. Fans in rooms just about make up for no air con, was 37 when we were there. Communication with Ian and Jacky was great. 5-10mins drive up unmade road very dusty but not too bumpy. Serena cooked for us one night which was really good....

“A fantastic, beautiful location to explore San Gim and surrounds. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Laura & Andrea with a glass of their excellent wine. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Pool area is lovely. Breakfast is fab! The walks around the vineyards are lovely and our dog loved being there. Wine tasting is a must!”

“The location is amazing. House is surrounded by hills and valleys. Perfect view of Tuscany. Plenty of amenities. Very spacious and clean house. Stay is on the second floor so be prepared to carry the luggage. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. The shower drain was not properly draining so was a bit of an inconvenience since we were 8. Good for smaller groups. Highly recommend this stay. I was there during the end of March, was a bit chilly but I am sure it will be more beautiful in...

“Claudio’s villa is excellent. Five of us stayed for four days and we found the property to be clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the patio are excellent. The drive into Firenze is short enough that it’s not a deterrent but you’re far enough away from the city to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Claudio recommended a great local restaurant, Edy Piu, less than 10 minutes from the house that was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.”

"We had an absolutely amazing experience at IQ Hotel Florence – truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the historic center and all the main attractions of Florence. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. The service was outstanding – the staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was the best and most complete we’ve ever had in a hotel, with a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to all tastes. The hotel itself is modern, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious, with a complimentary minibar that was restocked daily, plus coffee and tea facilities. The overall comfort and amenities were top-notch. In short, this was a truly sweet and unforgettable stay. I highly recommend IQ Hotel to anyone visiting Florence – it made our trip even more special."
