“Ett bra hotell med bra komfort. Ingen lyx men väl fungerande. Kapselmaskin för kaffe och vattenkokare finns. Parkering i P-hus nära, 11.90 GBP. ”

“Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out.
Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new.
The hotel is on a quiet residential street but took me 5mins to walk into the town centre which has loads of bars, shops and restaurants.
Worth calling ahead of arrival and they'll reserve you a parking spot (There aren't many spots)
Nice bloke on reception showed us our rooms and kindly found me a fan.

“The Hotel staff were very friendly on arrival, Danny made us very welcome. The room was clean, very cosy and well equipped. We enjoyed our continental breakfast with lots of choice. We also booked a meal at the Basca Indian restaurant next door on recommendation and the food was delicious! The hotel is situated right in the middle of Colchester so the shops were in easy walking distance, as was the castle and art galleries. We really enjoyed our short stay and will be back for another visit in...

“Läget mitt i Colchester är bekvämt, det är nära till allt. Men det ligger också precis där det är som mest livat på kvällarna, framförallt i veckosluten, och då är det mins sagt högljutt utanför. Det var högsommarvärme under vår vistelse, och eftersom det inte fanns någon ventilation alls var det otroligt varmt i rummet. Det fanns en bordsfläkt, men vi var tvungna att ha minst ett fönster öppet för att få in friskluft, vilket gjorde att allt partyljud utifrån hördes mycket väl och gjorde det...
