Didn't realise how close the neighbours were and had to keep curtains closed most of the time to prevent neighbours on all sides seeing in. Wonderful and close access to the beach. Great to have our dog with us and would stay again but be wary of being there when other neighbouring baches had guests.”

“Property clean and warm but I felt run down. Being in my 70s no where to put soap etc in shower just the floor heated towel rail broken. Very little crockery. Frying pans very loose handles. Only one seat to sit on outside on deck others broken.”

“A new, well presented and well proportioned home for family of five (plus dog). Light and clean inside with large deck outside. Reasonably well equipped, though light on cups and good sized glasses, and no microwave (noting this wasn’t listed). For us it suited that the location meant there were no near neighbours but, at the same time, the property grounds and driveway were a bit of a building site and not yet developed. A delight to have the wild turkey and chicks roaming in the long grass.”

“We had a lovely stay in Taipa. Bach was clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything you could need. Close to the beach and across from Taipa River. Perfect spot for those who love the beach, water and fishing.”

“On the web site it showed a hot tub which there wasn't one ! one of the reasons we booked this bach. This has since been removed. Also was not advised of the severe water shortage (heads up would have been nice) and someone was going to come round and measure what was in the tank - no-one came we were very conservative with the water and would have been anyway if we had been told..Maybe a reduction in the daily rate would have been welcome due to the above. Other than that the house was...
