“Great for family travel - if you have a baby/young toddler definitely beneficial as the property provides some essential big items for day to day life. If you have older kids/teens the screen room is also definitely helpful as they tend to want to sit out there and give you some peace and quiet. Overall great stay, clean, and plenty of room for my family of 5.”

“This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful!”

“Our stay was great. The property was in a good location and comfortable . Communication was excellent. ”

“Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments.”

“This place was adorable and perfect for what we were looking for. We were able to catch the sunrise each morning with a short walk across the street. The area of beach across the street was never busy, and there is a surf shop half a block away. We will be coming back.”

“We love the location, practically the whole beach for us! Meaning a mile of beach! The house was very cozy, clean, well prepared and with almost everything you’ll need at the beach! Not a luxury house, but great for a couple like us and our frenchie looking for a great place to relax!”
