“You get a room with your own fridge and bathroom. Very quiet area, comfy bed and helpful staff. Recommended.”

“Old Carriage House converted into a wonderful apartment. We loved the location of this stay. We were just a short walk down from Colchester Castle and High Street, where we could find a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The city centre train station was just a short walk away as well. Thank you to our host for the awesome check-in and also for the lift to the "other" train station for our trip back into London. If we are ever in the Colchester area again, we will definitely stay...

“The property was listed as available for booking, so I made the reservation online and received a booking confirmation. Shortly afterwards, I received a message from the property owner saying: Hello, this booking is not available. Please may you cancel. I replied that I had already paid for the booking online and asked the owner to contact Expedia directly if there was an issue. The owner then responded: It's fine. Come on. See you. Thanks. I stayed for three months and had everything I needed, except for a washing machine, but there are laundromats in the city centre. The...

“Very handy location close to where we needed to be in Chelmsford. Certainly more room that a budget hotel wih everything you need, including safe parking.”

“What can I say about Frankie's Place other than that it is absolutely picture-perfect! It looks exactly like the photos on the site, if not even better when you see it in person. We only stayed for one night, as the property was already booked for the following night, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and a wonderful place to relax.I would definitely recommend Frankie's Place to my family and friends, and we would certainly love to come back...
