“Location to the arena was exceptional. Pool area needed some attention (broken lounge chairs and umbrella). Room was clean and the kitchenette was beneficial. Front desk staff was friendly.”

“Unfortunately the room I was given had bugs. The people at the front desk were polite and understanding and moved me to a new room. The property isn’t well maintained and the elevators are very rickety and looks like it is a year passed inspection. The bathroom ceiling had obvious mold. When checking me in the trainee meant to charge me the deposit but accidentally recharged me for my 5 days stay on the card I was putting the deposit on. “la había habitación q me dieron no era , el baño no tenía cortina , solo me bañé yo , xq chispoteaba el agua y la puerta del baño la quise cerrar y no se pudo , estaba quebrada , 1 poco sucio el piso , como engañan a la gente , se ven tan elegantes , y ya te cobran el dinero y ya q puede decir 1 nada , es 1 estafa , hotel corriente , tengo fotos y 1 video q grave . yo llegaba siempre a esos hoteles el 6 , era otra cosa , se me hacían tan elegantes , ahora hasta vive gente , entran y salen mucho...

“The place had roaches I took pictures and showed the staff and all they did was try to move to another close to that one and lie and say they had it treated.”

“Very sketchy part of Dallas. They had security guards in the parking lot making sure everyone entering was a guest at the motel. Had to pay an extra $10 just to park in their parking lot. I have never seen that at any other hotel I have ever stayed at.”

“Inget hotell jag skulle rekommendera. Smutsiga lakan, smutsiga handdukar, fönster som läckte, gammalt o dåligt skick, massa insekter i rummet, minimal frukostbuffé, otrevlig personal, dålig AC, luktar illa i rummen, etc. Enda bra var väl att rummen var rätt stora och att priset var OK. Men skulle absolut inte bo där igen.”
