âThe hotel is so cute and cozy and clean. I love how welcoming the ladies were and they are very communicative. Itâs made everything so smooth and fun. My room is so cute. I would love to come back to this hotel for my second time in Palm Springs! â

âThe best hotel I've ever stayed at! The service was great, the hotel area were absolutly fantastic and the sorounding Mountains were mesmerizing. Great staff and fab rooms!â
âThis place is a hidden gem. Off the main drag, but walking distance to everywhere. Small but Fantastic grounds. The Einstein room was perfect. The Willows is on the upper end of the hotel price, but it is so worth it. When you figure in the included wine and hors d'oeuvres and then the included delicious breakfast, then your actual room cost isn't so high. Place is romantic for couples and probably not the best for kids (they would be bored). Room was well appointed and there are some welcome...

âWe stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with two little ones. We opted for a suite, which was great for a family as it had a separate bedroom and living room area. Good amenities, clean, great welcome by the staff. The staff was great all around, always happy to help! Pool was perfect for warm days. The hotel is undergoing construction at the moment, but it didnât really affect us. Would love to return when itâs done to see the change!â

âI have no complaints , the staff were all friendly. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the price was great! The pool was awesome with a mixture of family and young singles. I felt safe with my own code to use to enter my room, the gym, the pool, the entire hotel. I will definitely be looking to return.â

âGreat retreat for a family getaway. Nice poolarea for the kids. The service is very personal when the owner Rick greets you on your arrival. Stores nearby makes it easy to pick up whatever you whant. Close to restaurants.â

Rummet var inte klart nÀr vi kom, pÄ utsatt tid. Dom hÀvdade att det inte mÄste vara klart vid incheckningstid. Vi fick inte heller nÄgon tid nÀr det skulle vara klart.
I övrigt ett okej hotel, lite slitet. Ăvrig personal, förutom receptionen, var bra.â
âVi har varit hĂ€r flera gĂ„nger förut och servicen Ă€r alltid pĂ„ topp. LikasĂ„ den hĂ€r gĂ„ngen med undantag för en person vid front desk. Hon var otrevlig vid flera tillfĂ€llen, hjĂ€lpte oss inte trots att hennes kollega bett oss komma fram, lĂ€t oss inte checka ut senare trots att min flickvĂ€n skadat sin fot och var tvungen att packa ihop med kryckor. Hon drog verkligen ner helhetsupplvelsen av servicegraden.
En annan trist sak var att vi fick ett rum mot parkeringen den första natten. Det var svÄrt...

âWe loved the suite - it had so much room and was very comfortable, with the pool just outside our door. We would love to come back here, it was close to everything we wanted to do and the staff was friendly, although we didn't see them much (because we didn't need them).
The only thing I'd suggest for the property is to do checks in the rooms for maintenance. Our cabinets in the bathroom were broken, but it wasn't so bad we couldn't enjoy every other part of our trip!â

"We visited the hotel with two young children and had a room with two queen beds. The room was recently updated and looked very nice. Products in the bathroom were great, spacious room, huge plus for a large fridge, coffee maker and ice machine. The pool was heated and large, we had lots of fun! All staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly! Location wise you just canât beat it, especially at this price. We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable and convenient with kids!"
