âWe arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful.
The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV.

âOne of the best rooms Iâve ever stayed in and Iâve been travelling for almost 50 years. Clean, plenty of space, quiet and all the things in the kitchen area that I needed. Comfy bed. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Very nice staff and just 10 minutes walk, tops, from the train station and city centre. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Liverpool. â

Modern decor and having the living room and kitchen separate to the bedroom and bathroom meant the accommodation was very spacious. All modern conveniences were in the apartment. âFint hotell vid tĂ„gstationen. Stora rena och bekvĂ€ma rum. Bra ac men den stĂ€ngs av vid midnatt, sĂ„ man fĂ„r gĂ„ upp och sĂ€tta igĂ„ng den dĂ„. GĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till allt. Det enda minus skulle va att man kan höra tĂ„gen lite svagt, men det Ă€r inget som stör. Finns Ă€ven en liten kyl, vilket uppskattas. Rekomenderar verkligen hotellet. Frukosten var helt ok, med mycket att vĂ€lja pĂ„. â

âThe photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online.â

Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!"
"Det var en vÀldigt fin vistelse. Hotellet ligger nÀra allt, speciellt centrala liverpool, det Àr ocksÄ nÀra till tÄgstation och bussar som kan ta dig runt staden. Rummet i sig var frÀsch, stor och var perfekt storlek för tvÄ personer. Det som var mindre bra var att vi bodde pÄ bottenvÄning vilket innebÀr att vi inte hade fönster, och att det kunde lukta lite instÀngd efter att man hade lÀmnat rummet i nÄgra timmar. Personalen var trevliga, hjÀlpsamma. "

"I have never ever stayed at a hotel where the "bar" closes at 10pm, and then the staff send you away when you just want to sit down and have a chat with your family. Because they are gonna "prepare for the breakfast service". Because we stayed in separate rooms. Totally unacceptable. I have never ever in any of my hotel visits not been able to sit at the reception / bar area. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. And besides that, the "air conditioning" was not working. It was way too warm in the room even now in november.

"Vi betalde flera tusen extra för ett delux rum men det var bortkastade pengar. Rummet vi fick svarade inte pÄ nÄgot sÀtt upp mot det rum som bilden och beskrivningen pÄ hemsida visar. Stor del av utlovade kvadratmeter utgjordes av en korridor/hall utan hatthylla eller krokar Badrummet var inte rymligt som de lovar i beskrivningen utan vÀldigt trÄngt. Varmvatten saknades helt vissa tider och pÄ frukosten fanns det inget bröd (hade inte kommit) Fönsterrutorna var vÀldigt smutsiga och rummet i sin helhet kÀndes ofrÀscht. Avresedagen fick vi lÀmna hotellet före frukost för att hinna till flygplatsen och blev lovade var sin frukostpÄse men den hade man glömt av.
Pga. allt strul skulle vi fÄ en ekonomisk kompensation, men inte det som vi blev lovade av receptions-personalen."
