"We had a suite with fold out sofa but they couldnt supply is with a duvet for the sofa bed although we asked several times, just thin blankets almost like towels. Not much value for money for a suite over 800usd/night."

"Bra lÀge om man vill vara mitt i det mest turistiska omrÄdet. Mycket trevliga personal och bekvÀma dagar. Bodde pÄ 21a vÄningen och kunde fortfarande höra lite av ljudet utanför. TÀnk pÄ att ljud nivÄn kan vara mycket högre ju lÀngre ner man kommer.
Frukosten var "grab and go" dÀr man fick vÀlja en croissant eller en muffin eller en donut och för dricka vÀlja mellan kaffe eller juice. Man kan fÄ mycket bÀttre frukost i nÀrheten."

"We loved our stay! We were on our honeymoon and we got a great room on the highest floor and were welcomed with swan towels and chocolate. The room was great, a little small but nice and clean and it was perfect for us two. The staff was great and helpful. They never rushed the breakfast and let us have a calm morning. We also got a little later check out because our flight was later in the afternoon. Very helpful and kind with everything we needed help with which is very appreciated.
The place of the hotel was also great. Close to Central Park so that you can go out running or walk in the park and also close to the rest of the city and subways.
The breakfast was great for being in the US. I have never been at an American hotel with a breakfast like this. A lot of choices for everyone with healthy options. They even had plain yoghurt and a station with toppings. Their cheese and jalapeño muffins were awesome.
The only negative thing were the elevators. There were only two elevators and every stop was really slow. If you were going around breakfast or check in/out time it could take a long time to get to your room. The staff took the same elevators so there could be many stops on the way when they were cleaning rooms. And one thing that we've seen in the hole country is paper plates and plastic cutlery at every breakfast. Not good for the environment.
Altough, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for others!"
