"The staff was very friendly, I appreciate receiving a water bottle every day and the location was perfect! However, our room was towards the street so bring your ear plugs!"

"Ett fantastiskt hotell, mitt i det historiska centret som var helt fantastiskt! Bra rum, om än lite små, bra frukost, gratis vattenflaskor och frukt på varje våningsplan, ett 24/7 café där i stort sett allt ingick i priset och en fantastisk personal! Vi hade stora problem att få tag på en taxi eller Uber för att ta oss till flygplatsen pga en stor parad och massor med folk. Det gjorde så att bilarna inte kom fram till hotellet. Personalen på hotellet hjälpte oss verkligen och en av personalen gick till och med med oss och hjälpte oss till en gata där bilar kunde åka. Han stannade tills vi satt i en taxi! Tusen tack! Rekommenderas verkligen och vi åker gärna tillbaka om vi kommer till Mexiko City igen!"

"Wonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-) Free water and cafe for hotel guests adds to the benefits. Overall a great experience."

"Nice place, easy to arrive Clean, with all you need in your room, they also have an easy check in, in some mini you are inside from the airport, you walk from a bridge and you are there. You get some cleaning items, for instance if you forgot your teeth brush or others. We use the baby crib and was a safe mattress and big enough. Not so much to improve, except for the personal in the breakfast area in our floor, looks like they are angry if you ask for something, apart of that all the rest of the staff are so kind and eager to help you. "

"Good location in Roma Norte, near to bars and restaurants. Good for long stay. Good opportunity to laundry. Nice terrace and nice view from the room. The receptionist was a little bit grumpy."
