“Hotel świetnie położony dla narciarzy - 50m od stacji kolejki górskiej, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysty. Bardzo przyzwoity apartament rodzinny na wyjazd narciarski. Ogólne wrażenie na żywo jest lepsze niż na zdjęciach. Wi-fi w pokojach, a nie tylko w recepcji, jak w opisie hotelu.”

“Odebranie kluczy i obsługa bardzo dobra. Jednak były problemy ze znalezieniem parkingu na samochód. Po paru próbach został znaleziony. Pokój bardzo prosto urządzony. Problem z czystością. Nie do końca dobrze posprzątany. Sklep w kompleksie bardzo ubogi. Mało produktów. Lepiej zaopatrzony jest w kompleksie Marilleva 1400. Dojazd samochodem lub wyprawa piesza (odradzam). Z hotelu po założeniu nart można zjechać trasą (po jednej stronie hotelu - czarna trasu lub drugą stroną - trasa niebieska)...

“The Hotel treats the people staying at the residences like intruders. If you want to use the facilities at the Hotel which it advertises are available to the residences, stay at the hotel. The residences are nice if you just want a place to stay but don't think of it as being at a hotel. Weekly towel changes are ALL they offer. The indoor pool is cold and the SPA if not a hot tub! It is a cold water tub with jets! The manager did apologize for the way we were treated only after looking up...
