“We had a very nice stay at Villa Regina. Both our rooms were very fresh and the cleaning every day was perfect. Close to the beach and a nice walk along the lake to come to the old city center. Nothing at all to complain about. ”

“The 4 bed family room we booked and had paid didnt exist when we arrived. It was late in the evening an we where offered a double room with an extra bed instead. This even if the sisterhotel next to this (where the check-in was) had an avaliable room for four persons. Very bad stay, the wifi didnt work, the schampoo/shower cream was empty in the room. No compensation offered from the hotel.”
