“Staff kind and polite. Picture from terass in Hotels.com so bad. Wasnt even any terass set on. Only much birds in small cage and Dirty. We have familyroom for 5. Was ok and comfort bed. Elevator terrible.. roof in almost fall down. But for the money downtown in Kairo its ok. Can think for be back sure. But please fix terass so guest can stay little there. “The location is prime close to the tahrir square and the Egyptian Museum. Many local restaurants in the block behind the hotel. If you want to try local cuisine there is plenty to choose from. The Reception staff was helpful and provided great service. The Hotel/Hostel is on the 5 and 6th floor in a building that feels strange walking into. We spent most of our days out of the room so we didn’t mind the size… which was on the smaller size. I would have liked more counter space. But I really must say that we had a great stay.
