“Staff kind and polite. Picture from terass in Hotels.com so bad. Wasnt even any terass set on. Only much birds in small cage and Dirty. We have familyroom for 5. Was ok and comfort bed. Elevator terrible.. roof in almost fall down. But for the money downtown in Kairo its ok. Can think for be back sure. But please fix terass so guest can stay little there. The Reception staff was helpful and provided great service. The Hotel/Hostel is on the 5 and 6th floor in a building that feels strange walking into. “Hotel is in an excellent location where you can travel to various locations via uber. Lots of shops and restaurants next to the hotel which makes it easy to shop. Hotel is on 6th floor which has a lift available. Clean and tidy room and was cleaned when we requested. Owner George and staff Mohammad and Bassant nice and pleasant to talk to.
