“This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. “When we arrived at the property, there were people hanging out in front of the main entrance, smoking cigarettes, smoking, marijuana, leaving cigarette butts all over the ground. The checkout representative at the window was as helpful as she could be. We arrived at 6 PM on Friday. We were late for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding that we had been in town for so we dropped our stuff in rushed. “The house has been redone in a very pleasing aesthetic and impeccably clean. I appreciated the coffee pods that were left and tea bags and shampoo etc. it’s really thoughtful when owners have these for guests. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the temperature was easy to make comfortable with the individual ac units. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood around the house needs some TLC. We had pizza at Sorry Charlie which was a quick walk away and really enjoyed it. I...
