âWe loved everything about the Rockwell. The staff was friendly, personable, and helpful. The cookies available each evening were a nice (and tasty) treat.
The room was spacious, the bathroom was large and well done, the soaps/shampoo/conditioner were top quality, and the beds were super comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained.
The location was very convenient to the shopping and restaurants of downtown.

âThis is beautiful property with a mountain view from every room. It is extremely well maintained. It is clean, beds are comfortable and thereâs plenty of hot water. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is an information packet provided with lots of suggestions and things to do, restaurant recommendations. There also is free coffee and fruit and cookies! I would stay here again. Itâs a bit expensive but everything is in Jackson. â
âGround floor room with bed, table and chairs, and private shower was clean and comfortable. I could hear the family upstairs walking and talking but at least it wasn't all night. I would stay here again for the location, convenience, and comfort, but the standard price is too much for this solo traveler.â
