Villa Anna is a luxurious development consisting of three large apartments in the town of Milna located to the west of Brac.
The apartment has a large open plan kitchen-dining area and a very comfortable living area with plasma TV. This leads out to a large balcony with a dining area that is perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Adriatic evenings.
Each bedroom has two single beds that can be turned into a double bed with ease. Two of the bedrooms have an en suite while there is an extra bathroom beside the third bedroom. The master bedroom in each apartment has a door leading out to the balcony to enjoy some morning sunrise.
The apartment has its own private garden and BBQ area and a separate parking space. The beautiful pool area is shared.The new pool in front of the ground floor apartment is just for that apartment while upstairs pool is shared
The garden in the villa has retained plenty of the olive trees that are so common in the area and even an orange tree.
The beautiful town of Milna is only a short walk from the development.
The apartment is located close to the town of Milna and all of it's local amenities. The closest restaurant and shop are only 100m from the apartment. This is only a small shop and larger shops can be found in the town.
There are two marinas in Milna and Villa Anna is located close to the smaller marina. It is possible to berth your boat in this marina for around €50 per night. Likewise, you can rent a boat from this marina if required.
The nearest beach is also very close to the development and is less than a five minute walk. This is a stone beach and there are other beaches within walking distance of the apartments. The coastline around the Milna area is beautiful made up of many inlets and small bays. It is no surprise that diving is popular in this area and one can simply snorkel in the local bay or join the local diving club.
If you fancy a day trip to Split there is a regular catamaran that goes directly from Milna to Split. This is a passenger catamaran so will not take cars. The catamaran takes around 45 - 50 minutes and sails on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. The catamaran leaves Milna in the morning at 9.15 and returns from Split at 4.30pm. The timetable for Sunday is not as flexible and leaves Split at 6.45pm and returns from Milna at 7.45pm.
There is also a more regular ferry service from Split to Supetar which is the capital town of Brac. These are large car ferries that can travel every two hours during the summer months.
The island if Brač offers numerous opportunities for an unforgettable holiday. Its landmarks are often described using superlatives. Milna is picturesque town on the west coast of island, surrounded by beautiful sand and shingly beaches.
1.BEACHES IN MILNA: PASIKOVA, LUČICE, MASLINOVA & OSIBOVA BEACH -There are pine woods located near the beaches, providing the perfect shade for those who do not intend to sunbathe the whole day. Apart the water sports (scuba diving, sailing and fishing), visitors can also enjoy soccer, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball and table tennis.
2.EXCURSION TO HERMITAGE BLACA – Desert Blaca is actually an eremitical monastery which was founded by the glagolitic priests. The monastery of Blaca will surely surprise you with its beauty and history, so don’t miss to visit this exceptional locality.
3. EXCURSION TO VIDOVA GORA – Vidova Gora is the highest point of Adriatic archipelago (780 m). From Vidova Gora there us a wonderful view of Zlatni Rat (Golden Tongue) beach and many coves, and across the sea to Hva island, Pelješac peninsula, Korčula, Vis and Biševo, right out to the little island of Jabuka. On a particularly clear day, you can glimpse Monte Gargano on the Apennine peninsula. There is a typical Dalmatian tavern at the top of Vidova Gora.
4.ZLATNI RAT (GOLDEN TONGUE) BEACH – considered by many, the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic, close to Bol, at the foot of Vidova Gora. The beach is natural phenomenon and according to the movement of the wind and waves, its tip moves to the left or right. Zlatni rat is one of the best Adriatic wind-surfing locations.

EXPLORE SPLIT – this forever young city with the population of about 200,000 that give it its warm Mediterranean temper, has lived its urban rhythm for as long as 1700 years, with its heart in the Diocletian Palace and its soul widespread to embrace you. Ever since the life of the city protected by UNESCO and entered into the register of the World Cultural Heritage has been writing the history of this unique capital of Dalmatia.
