“The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Check in was easy. The apartment was exactly as described, it was easy to find parking on the street, and we found it quite comfortable. If you are planning to do a lot of cooking you might miss some tools, but nothing that we couldn't work around. All in all, we would recommend staying here.”

“This was my 2nd time staying at Yamhill Flats and it was the perfect home away from home. Communication with property managers was prompt and the welcome bottle gift (bottle of wine, coffee and popcorn) was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices and tinfoil so preparing meals was effortless. Very comfortable bed and tidy/clean bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here.”

“This is a wonderful, cozy little spot. It's tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and well equipt. I stayed here with a friend while using it as home base to visit family and friends. Didn't cook, but appreciated the kettle for tea, and the fridge for keeping snacks. I plan to stay here again in late summer.”

“Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains! The sound did not get in the way of our sleep in the nice cozy bed. Nice little snacks & bottled water was a lovely touch! “The location of the rental was in a quiet neighborhood but close to many amenities. My spouse and I were in Oregon for a work trip combined with a house hunting trip. There were a number of downsides to the periphery personally - only 1 fan and an air purifier while it was 80+ degrees outside, a number of the lights either had burned out bulbs or no bulbs at all, and the washer did not work properly. “The listing said there were two bathrooms in unit 1, but there was only one. No big deal. The unit itself is gorgeous, and the yard and neighborhood is relaxing and quiet. I loved the office and the chair was super comfortable. Not sure how the thermostat was supposed to work and it was HOT in there as it was 95 in Portland that day. But the fan in the closet was a nice touch. It made sleeping bearable. I’ll totally stay here again if I can when I’m in Portland next.”
