“We only stayed one night, so it worked well for us. The home itself was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms had anything you would need. The neighborhood seemed to be very nice also, but the yard area was not very inviting for sitting outside, although I do want to say that it appears the owners are in the process of making it more accommodating.”

Host was very responsive to a couple of small issues we had, and even sent an associate of his in the evening to take care of the issues. Home needs to be considered for your next stay in Minneapolis.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Koselig Cottage. Only wish we could have stayed longer. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and cozy. We all enjoyed the foosball and arcade games in the basement as well as the outdoor fun of the kayaks and park within walking distance. The host was excellent with communication and created a very relaxing getaway for our family of 7. Would definitely love to return.”

“Beautiful, quirky home that was spotlessly clean and perfectly situated. The neighborhood was quaint but well-kept and walkable. The house was well appointed and perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. As it is a newer rental property, it doesn’t have the usual collection of sundry spices and pantry items left by previous guests so bring all cooking ingredients. The Pac-Man game in the basement was a big hit with the children. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the house....

“Very clean, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable cottage and neighborhood, with easy access to shopping. Both Sunfish Lake Park and Lake Elmo Park Preserve are convenient by car or bike. We traveled with a pet, and close access to trails was a plus. We had a great experience!!”
