Miramar Beach Villa Unit 107, Rymlig 3 sovrum 3 badrum, 3 våningar, Beach Style hem. Dra upp till din ytterdörr - inga parkeringsgarages eller hissar att krångla med.
Första våningen - in i en lugn öppen planlösning med stor plattskärms-TV, helt nya vardagsrumsm��bler. Fullt utrustat kök med granitbänkskivor med gott om utrymme att laga mat och lagra mat. Ner i salen hittar du ett sovrum med en queen size-säng och 32 "plattskärms-TV och mycket trevlig uteplats med privatliv och en lugn skogbevuxen milj��. Helt ny Gas Grill! Full bad av hall och detta rum med badkar och fåfänga. Öppen spis är inte tillgänglig att använda.
Andra v��ningen - Du hittar den rymliga master svit med Queen Bed, 32 "TV och stort privat badrum med jacuzzi, duschkabin och dubbla fåf��ngligheter. Privat balkong utanför Master. Andra sovrummet värdar 2 enkelsängar, plattskärms-TV, privat balkong mot framsidan och privat badrum. På korridoren mellan de två sovrummen en speciell krog f��r barnen, (Bra f��r sängtid) !!
Tredje våningen-På översta våningen hittar du ett rymligt sittområde, perfekt för barnen, med massor av filmer, spel och böcker !! Platt TV! Privat balkong utanf��r detta rum också med en kika boo utsikt över bukten.

Vi g��r den extra milen f��r att se till att du är bekv��m. Extra handdukar, toalettpapper, städprodukter, tvättmedel tillhandahålls. Extra badlakan och lakan in för varje s��ng. Jag tillhandahåller även strandhanddukar och strandleksaker. Det enda du behöver ta med är mat och kläder och du är inställd !!!

Hyresobjekt: Vi har en helt ny pontong båt exklusivt för våra gäster endast för uthyrning samt babyutrustning, diverse. Föremål, strandutrustning, paddleboard, cyklar och kajak för att göra din semester den bästa upplevelsen någonsin. Boka på f��rhand eftersom vi har ett begränsat utbud av varor bara för våra gäster.

Miramar Beach Villas. Ett fantastiskt läge! Ett kvarter i s��der är den fantastiska Mexikanska golfen och alla dess skatter. Den mjuka vita sanden v��ntar på små fingrar att göra sandslott och gräva efter skal, medan lugnande tidvatten kombineras med en flottör skapa den bekvämaste gungstolen du någonsin har satt i. Dessutom inom en mils radie hittar du utomhuscentra, livsmedelsbutiker och läckra restauranger. Detta Destin semestermål är ganska och fridfullt.

Great location

Just a short distance distance from beach. Plenty of room for family of 5 which incuded 16 and 20 year old. Enough room for all to have private space. Very quiet. Outlet mall and lots of eating places just short car ride. Beach was beautiful!

Wonderful Beach Stay w/my 3 daughters

The property was well-maintained. I always wipe rentals and hotels down but this place was very clean. I had a hard time figuring out how to switch the shower on in the upstairs bathroom that was attached to the room with double beds but maintenance responded quickly to any concerns I had throughout my stay. I loved the small thoughtful touches like leaving a wagon and beach chairs for us to use. I loved the crushed ice and easy parking. The property is located in a very convenient location. I did not use the private beach but my kids loved the pool although it was crowded most of the time. If you’re looking for an easy vacation in a safe, clean and comfortable environment I encourage everyone to book this place!!

I'd do it again!

Great property and plenty of space for multiple families. Location within walking distance to the beach, right across the street. Pool to cool off in after the beach. Restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Communication easy and prompt with rental company. Very accommodating, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again in this property and/or with Kimberly Lang properties.

Near the beach in Miramar

This was a perfect place for my husband and I, our high school senior and 3 of her friends. The first floor bedroom and bath was perfect for us and the girls had the second floor and loft area to themselves. The house was pretty well maintained and nicely decorated, nice new furniture in the living room and kitchen, beds were comfortable. The outside could use some work, carpeting had noticeable stains and probably due for some painting here and there. Also the outside has lots of places to sit, several small balconies and patio, not a lot of chairs though for a large group. Kitchen was pretty stocked, could use a juicer of some type. Also there was not really anywhere to store groceries besides the kitchen counter, but we just put everything in the corner. Also the pool is nice, lots of families there with their little kiddos. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Funtime in Miramar Beach

Our family tries to get away, together, at least 3 or 4 times a year. We are a family that loves to be together no matter where or what activities are involved. Miramar Beach Villa filled that bill perfectly. Within walking distance to just about anything & everything we needed/wanted. The pool was great and the whole family loves the beach, which was so close. Loved it. We will definitely consider it. Thank you so much for making this family vacation one to remember with a smile.

Great location and clean

Plenty of towels, beach towels, bedding, beach umbrellas, 2 beach chairs, and a wagon was great to have! The location is amazing on a quiet street off the main road. We have stayed at this complex before and it’s just a short walk to the beach. My only complaint is the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced as well as the living room furniture. Would definitely stay again if these things get replaced.

Mother Daughter trip

Miramar Beach Villas

Nice property. Beautiful beaches. Lots of eating choices. Private beach access is the only way to go if you want to avoid crowds. Very nice place to stay with family!!

Property was exactly as described

The place was just as described. Great location for long beach walks. We loved that it was exactly a mile one way to beignets and coffee, and one mile the other way to groceries. There were minor problems with the door combination but a phone call gave us immediate resolution. The furniture could have been cozier but was "fine". It would be nice to have better deck furniture, it was a little rough. All in all it was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Amazing rental right by the beach

This was a wonderful house! Very clean with everything we needed. The biggest pros was the incredibly short walk to the beach (just right across the street) and the beds and pillows were so comfortable (maybe the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental)!

Plenty of space

We had a nice relaxing stay at this location. There were six adults and we had more than enough room to vacation comfortably. There was plenty of space, towels and starter supplies (tissue, paper towels, trashbags). The beach was a short walk through the parking lot and across the street. We would stay at this location again!

Great family vacation

The location to the beach was wonderful. The kitchen was perfect with a baby, and having the sleeping arrangements on multiple floors was perfect when traveling with our family. We contacted the property management the first night when the balcony door wasn’t locking, but they explained how to lock this hurricane style door. They were very responsive. The dining chairs were dated/stained but you could tell everything had been cleaned between stays. There was minimal dust, but it was very clean and we could even see the vacuum marks when we entered. Having the beach chairs and umbrella was an added bonus! The beach access across the street was very easy to navigate, and the public access down the street was perfect when we took the stroller.
