“Stayed over 3 weeks with my daughter and had a very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel that calls itself “boutique” and charges approximately $250/night. One night, we were locked out of our room late at night and no one was at reception. I waited over 15 minutes, left a voicemail for the manager, and emailed — no reply. When the receptionist returned from outside, she said it was an “emergency” and claimed she was only gone 7 minutes (not true), offered no apology, and even told...

“The room was very clean. The bed was really comfortable. There was a wide variety of hot and cold breakfast choices. My daughter has a special diet and they were very accommodating. The hotel is in a convenient location close to the highway.”

Bra frukost om än lite dyr. Bra parkering. Bra wifi. Rent och snyggt rum. Badrummet jättefint, och så fräscht att jag ställde in mina prylar i ett skåp, det är inte alltid man vill det. Enda problemet var det klassiska i gamla hus: Smala trappor att bära väskorna i. Resans charmigaste hotell. ”
