The staff was very nice and the location is very convenient. 5min walk to the closest metro station and the same distance to reach the historical center. However, the traffic outside was horrendous. "Wonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-) Free water and cafe for hotel guests adds to the benefits. Overall a great experience."
