Nyare 3 sovrum, 2. 5 bad, 1500 kvadratmeter stadsbostad

Radhus ligger 5 miles från Moab centrum och det tar cirka 7 minuter att köra till centrum. Området är mycket tystare än Mozas liv och rörelse, och du kommer att njuta av att sitta på uteplatsen med utsikt över LaSal-bergen och Moab Rim.

Den levande, matsal och kök ligger på huvudplanen tillsammans med tvättstugan och 2 bil garage. På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum med sängkläder för din komfort. Kungen sovrummet har ett master badrum med badkar / dusch kombination. Balkongen utanför befälhavaren erbjuder också fantastisk utsikt. De återstående 2 sovrummen har alla en queen size-säng och det största badrummet i närheten. Köket är utrustat för vardagliga måltider och det finns en 1/2 bad på vägen ut till garaget. Den 36 "l��nga uppfarten kommer att vara till nytta om du har en lastbil och släpvagn eller flera bilar och garaget kommer att vara bra för att lagra cyklar och andra leksaker.

Quiet location. Did not use pool but rated it well since N/A was not a survey option. Garage was a great part of the offering. Kitchen was well appointed. Pillows and overall carpet might be considered for a condition review. Great views. Good water from the fridge to take for hiking.

Perfect for a family

We really enjoyed that townhouse. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Washer and dryer in the unit with laundry detergent available was great. Kitchen had everything to prepare meals. Pools just short walk away.

Late spring vacation

Overall a decent place to stay if visiting Arches. We had an issue with urine smelling linens on the king bed and a couple minor things the night that we checked in. The house was mostly clean and reviews all seem positive so I think this was just a random oversized by the cleaners. I recommend they keep an extra pair of king sheets in case this were to happen again. There was no extra set for us but they brought one quickly the next day. There was a lot of road noise in the master bedroom. The two pools were both really small, like a backyard pool. If I were to visit again I would choose a place further away from the road. We made the most of the small pools as it wasn’t overly crowded when our son wanted to swim. Although this looks like a mostly negative review we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you can sleep through road noise.

Space works great

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The set up is great with the three bedrooms upstairs -- separated from the downstairs gathering space. The listing was pretty accurate in terms of what supplies are available and what is needed. The pool was great to spend time around at the end of the day. There are actually 2 pools which is good because it was a bit crowded at times. As others have mentioned, the unit is closest to the road and we could hear (at least the front/master bedroom) traffic during the night/early morning. Our only wish was that it was a little closer to town; it's about 5-6 miles. Not far, but not walking distance. We needed to drive to town if we forgot anything. Again, the location was clear in the listing; just something to consider if you enjoy easy access to town/shops/restaurants. Uber/Lyft didn't seem to exist in Moab.

Great Moab getaway

Moab is one of our favorite places to go wheeling and we try to stay in the Moab Rim condos whenever we go. This unit is convenient and at the front of the property. Great parking for large trailers and trucks too. Clean and has all the amenities of home to make it easy to be at home there. It would be nice to have a few more towels and also a little perk to include soap for the showers. A bit tough to bring in the pump from the sink to the shower each time. Overall it was great. The check in process was simple and all was great. Thanks for another great stay in Moab.

Nice, quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this three bedroom condo. Kitchen well stocked with what you need to cook a meal. Made a good base for our vacation to National Parks and other hiking trails and scenic drives.

Visit to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands

This place exceeded my expectations - very clean and better than pictured. They provided soap, shampoo, conditioner etc even impressed with the Q tips and cotton balls! I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Moab. I always go down rabbit holes in my searches on VRBO for a clean decent place and this place is perfect!

Nicely equipped home away from home

We stayed here for a week, and for a family of 3, this place was absolutely wonderful (a bit larger than we needed). The home was nicely furnished, with a nice master and 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of linens and towels and things. Nicely located to visit the Moab area, Arches and Canyonlands national parks. They even have an attached garage which made it feel entirely like home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

prices rising

i've stayed at properties in this area several times in last ten years. prices have risen dramatically - but quality hasn't necessarily kept up. slow drains. knives sharp as a doorknob. lower quality kitchen utensils and dishes. very stiff mattress. DVD, not blu ray.... and a tv with no streaming options (eg, can't log in to my own netflix account). dozens of new condos in the same subdivision and still the same pool (ten years ago 8 buildings, now 20 with more under construction). and check in on first day after 4pm while paying for a full days stay.... at least the ac was cool on arrival. will i stay in this subdivision again? probably. in this property? i'm not sure. love the area, but cost vs value is a separate and salient issue.

Great location just outside of Moab and also outside of traffic. Kitchen is well equipped. Property owner should consider some blackout window treatments for those of us from the east coast that go to bed prior to 10pm :)
