Fantastic location with plenty of parking for our truck, trailer and jeep! House was great and Amazing view of the Moab Rim too. Loved our stay here.

This was the absolute perfect rental! Jeff was on it with communication. It had every accommodation we needed. If we are ever back in Moab, I'll be renting here again!!

Just to start I’d like to say Jeff is a fantastic host who is prompt to answer any questions. The bnb itself is very clean, beautiful and with an incredible view of the canyon (pics do NOT do this view justice). We spent our days hiking Arches national park, off roading to see wind caves and petroglyphs, and generally exploring all that Moab has to offer. A week was not enough and we can not wait to plan our next trip!

Great property and location. Host was great, the kitchen was well equipped and appliances were new. Insane views from the patio, I would definitely stay at this unit again.

Overall the condo was very nice and suited our needs, host was responsive and easy to work with. Only things that could have been better were the beds, they are very, very firm, and the floors were swept but it seems it's been some time since they were mopped as our feet/socks were dirty right after showing and only having walked on the interior floors. These things won't prevent us from staying here again, but worth mentioning.

This house was nicely appointed and was in a great location for both Arches and Canyonlands national parks. We brought our dog and it was great as it had an enclosed patio. Would definitely stay here again

The property was in a great location and perfect for our family. The hot tub and heated pool were awesome. The Kitchen and Family Room were spacious and comfortable. We hope to visit again.

Superb Abode

Raven's Retreat at Rim Village was a delightful place to stay. Immaculate and very accommodating! The property is well laid out and very roomy with super comfortable beds! We would highly recommend it to friends and family or anyone looking for a place to stay in wonderful Moab, UT!

Great place for 3 adult couples. One of the best stocked kitchens I have ever had in a rental home. Easy access, great communication, located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of town with amazing views. Available coolers were a plus. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great stay!

My family has stayed twice and have loved it! Cooked all our meals, enjoyed the barbecue and patio. Kids loved the pool too. Nice to stay outside of town:) will return for sure!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Vrbo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home instead of just a rental.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in a breeze and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space itself was comfortable, well-stocked, and exactly as described—if not better. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the overall vibe made it easy to relax and enjoy our time.The location was perfect—close enough to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet and peaceful when we wanted to unwind.Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Perfect property for a family getaway!

We spent five nights at the property (2 parents and 2 20-something "kids") and had plenty of space, loved the location, and appreciated the fireplace, the little enclosed patio, and well-furnished kitchen. We had a great trip partly because the house was perfect for us.

Looking for a spacious pet friendly stay? This is a must.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location close to town. There’s a ton of trailer parking around if you are bringing your toys. The owner was great with communication from the day of booking, prior to arrival, during and even departure. It’s a great pet friendly property. We would stay here again if we return to Moab.
