"Staff could be better at making guests feel welcome. If there is 2 or more staff working at the reception then giving attention to an arriving guest is a good way to show care. Nice stay
"Very nice hotel with a beautiful garden and pool area. We had the family suite and the sofa bed was not that comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise the stay was very nice, the staff were also friendly and helpful."

Très joli logement
"Nous avons trouvé ce mini studio très bien agencé, propre, lumineux, parfaitement climatisé et avec une bonne literie. Il est bien situé à deux pas de la place de la cathédrale. Si je devais émettre un bémol, ce serait des explications claires pour parvenir jusqu'au logement, car Coimbra est en travaux ..."

"Great apartment close to lots of restaurants and shops. Had to walk up lots of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, this is probably not ideal, but we loved it! Washing machine and AC = bonus!"
