âVery convenient place. Many restaurants around. We stayed 3 nights in 2 triple rooms with our teenage children. As the reception was open around the clock, it helped us a lot with late night check in. Kudos to the person on night duty at the reception on all days! He was very service minded. âPerfect for our one night stop-over enroute to another venue. It's quite a big, old building with some quirky features but we had everything needed in our room which was well presented. Staff were personable. Breakfast was good. The hotel sits on a one-way road system. It's compact car park is to the rear of the property. If you miss the hotel car park sign on approach and pass the hotel on your left, follow the one-way clockwise, turning left just before the hotel. â

"Arrived everything was locked and closed no contact number ⊠was booked in for the week but first might had to go and stay at another hotel. Hotel would not refund the first night . Second night stayed after being completely locked out only to have a rock hard bed and a room that was freezing cold with no heater and a toilet that didnât flush properly.
