The open-plan living space looks directly out over Les Sablettes beach, the Mediterranean Sea and the old port. The owners have taken great care to preserve the apartmentâs character, with beautiful Provençal furnishings that compliment the historic vaulted ceilings.
The seating area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a chaise longue, as well as a flat-screen TV and bookcases. Next to this is the dining area which has an antique carved wooden table and chairs. The attractive kitchen is adjacent to the the dining area and consists of fitted wooden cabinets, equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, american style coffee machine and fridge.

The beautiful town of Menton is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, culture, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. It lies between Monaco (30 minutes) and the Italian border (10 minutes) and has all the charm of the French and Italian Rivieras.
This unique apartment is located in between the magnificent Baroque Basilica of St Michel Archange de Menton and Plage des Sablettes, about a 1-minute walk from Mentonâs famous Esacaliers, whose stairs zig-zag from the Old Town to the coast. It is close to many amenities such as restaurants, cafĂ©s, bakeries and two supermarkets, just a 4-minute walk from the front door. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le MarchĂ© des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (6-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.
The city beach - La Plage des Sablettes is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, so ideal for a morning swim or a day by the sea. It is next to the Vieux Port de Menton (the old port) where you can find some of the worldâs most expensive yachts.
