Lakefront vacation condo at Bernard's Landing Waterfront Country Club, one of Smith Mountain Lake's finest communities!
Enjoy all the amenities of this resort style community! This condo is centrally located and offers many ways to enjoy time on and off the water. The hardest part will be choosing what to do.
The space includes 2 bedroom and 2 baths. A private outdoor deck invites you to relax or dine al fesco. Come enjoy a perfect spot for a couples retreat or a family vacation.
You will want to take time to enjoy the amazing lake and mountain views. The inviting grounds of this gorgeous community are chock full of amenities including private beaches and pools and a variety of ball courts.
Rent a pontoon boat, jet ski or ski boat or bring your own watercraft. Day slips are available for your use.

Per Franklin County regulations, occupancy is limited to 4 persons.

We had an amazing vacation. Lake Joy was beautiful and clean. Everything needed for an enjoyable stay was provided. The pool being so close is an excellent bonus.

Housekeeping

The property was beautiful. The only hiccup was housekeeping didn’t leave enough towels or sheets, the latter not being delivered until midnight. But the management company was transitioning to a new housekeeping service and was very communicative. We’d definitely stay there again.

Nice Getaway

This was a nice getaway and Bernard’s Landing is a convenient location on the lake. This particular unit doesn’t have the best view of the lake but it would be a great location for a family because it overlooks one of the pools.

Great lakefront & pool side condo!

This condo is nicely updated & appears newly renovated. Very nice furnishings, decor, & finishes. Spacious layout & kitchen was well stocked & has storage space for guest supplies. Both bathrooms are very nicely done. Located on the 2nd level just above the pool was very convenient & the view of the pool lit up at night was nice. We stayed end of Sept & there were few people using the pool, not sure how noisy it might be in peak season. Docks are a few steps away & very convenient for using our boat. Views of the lake are smaller from this building than some others in Bernard's Landing but still very nice & the mountain view was nice. It's easy enough to walk or drive around the resort to get varying lake views. The only negative for us with this property was the queen bed in the master (it is in the description so we were aware in advance)- a king bed would be a nice upgrade. This was our first time renting a property managed by Casago & they were great. So many thoughtful touches in the unit upon our arrival & the communication was great-we would definitely choose another of their properties again. We would also stay at this property again.

Awesome condo

This unit was the perfect fit for our family of 3. It is very clean, comfortable, and stylish. We were blown away by the generous supply of kitchen & toiletry items as well as all the open storage for our stuff! The boat slips were convenient and we loved the close proximity to the pool. This was the best condo we've stayed in at Bernard's Landing over the years. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great space to enjoy the lake!

Condo was clean and well appointed. Other friends and family stayed at other properties at Bernard's Landing and did not have a similar experience. We will certainly return in the future.

Overall the stay was good. The condo was nicely furnished, but we had no internet service the afternoon, evening upon arrival ( until 11:00 the next morning). James, management maintenance worker, was courteous, professional, and helpful. There were no directions on how to use the thermostat; could have been worse if the weather hadn’t turned warmer. We had a 2 bedroom condo, but I believe it should have been a 3. ( I’ll check our back records.) We were not quite understanding why we had to drive up to the trash receptacle. No directions were given as to where it was ( a neighbor kind of gave a general direction.) The outside balcony was covered with webs and pollen, so we did not use it very much. We live in SC now but grew up in Roanoke, so we know Moneta/SML area fairly well.
