“Nice”

“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved. The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”

“Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option!”

“The Moxy is updated and close to Great American Ballpark. Our room was clean and well supplied. However, the only downside were the stairs from the bed area to the bathroom. No problems were experienced, however, I feel the steps could be dangerous when making a midnight bathroom trip, especially for older people. Also, it was quite noisy overnight due to the unavoidable highway traffic. Overall, our experience was good, just those few caveats. We would definitely stay at The Moxy again, just...

“It was a wonderful room. Breakfast was late for us. We are awake at 6 am. Breakfast was at 9. We were out of the hotel by 8 am.”

“As always the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful, however at $266 dollars per night, i won't be coming back at that price. There are other options even at $50 less would be better.”

“While Shirley at the front desk was professional and accommodating, this property is in need of serious updating. They also appeared to have a fruit fly issue… An elevator in the hotel and an elevator in the parking structure were out of order. I think these accommodations were embarrassing for a wedding party that had perhaps encouraged guests to stay, perhaps remembering it as a younger, better maintained property prior?”

“Half of the blinds didn’t work. I had to leave a day early and was told that if I contacted Expedia that I could get a refund for the extra night I didn’t stay and now they’re saying I can’t have a refund for the extra night. Parking was very expensive. Room wasn’t very clean.”
