“I had a room on the 2nd floor and it was SO loud that I could barely sleep. Room was near an entrance to the hotel & next to the kitchen. I could even hear the bathroom above me. Pretty hotel, nice hotel staff, great location but I was there to sleep & couldn’t.”

“Housekeeping didn't show up for five days. Only after I made a fuss when my family joined me. The toilet handle had to be held down for the entire looooong duration of every single flush. It never clogged, though - thankfully. The fitness center (cave) had one working treadmill. The breakfast was free, but not slightly good. “Probably the worst hotels that i can remember staying in more than a decade, and i travel quite a bit. Extremely dirty... room, bathroom, common areas. Smelt pretty bad too. Very badly maintained. “When I see a listing for breakfast, I assume that means it’s complimentary & that wasn’t the case here at all. They offer a bistro in the lobby that serves breakfast, but nothing about it is complimentary. And then they advertise there is a pool, when in fact they haven’t had a pool since Jan 2026. The two reasons I booked this hotel & they falsely advertise it to get guests. Then they label my children as adults. Very strange. You may have got my business this ONE time, but I will not be back.”
