“Exactly what you’d expect. Clean room, average hotel, great price, breakfast was decent. ”

“Nice room, comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and attentive. We did not have breakfast there but it looked good. My only negative comment is that the pool water was very cloudy so I did not use it.”

“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. “I dont normally leave reviews but i wanted to with this one. The hotel needs a little love, but it wasnt terrible. The moment i walked in, the smell of mold was present, and has been my ENTIRE stay. But i dont think this can be helped - they are by a river. I am not sensitive and so far my husband has not been either, and he has allergies. This may change come morning though. The bed is comfortable. A little on the firm side for me, but i am also half the size of my husband who literally just...

“The breakfast could be improved. We've visited this hotel many times before and each time the breakfast is less attractive. The rooms look a bit old and tired. Our toilet level broke and we had to flush manually from the tank. Staff very kind and helpful.”

“Lovely place, perfect location, friendly staff”

“Great, clean and functional place to stay. No real bells and whistles, but its an easy place to stay with very little issues. The online staff checks in regularly through your digital devices, so you can get answers to questions immediately. The parking situation requires that you pay hourly during day and evening parking, but if you know that going in then you can budget for it. Overall it was a great stay and most of all hastle free.”

“Everything was nice ”

“The room was nice and the bathroom was very clean. The entire hotel was mostly clean aside from a couple band aids and wrappers in our room. There was a lot of loud noises from other rooms that kept us up. We also reserved a king bed and got a queen bed upon arrival because the king rooms were full. ”
