“Room had no shower curtain, and only face wash towels. Felt unsafe anywhere besides the room. Has 2 thugs outside bother me the night I checked in. Not a safe place. The smell of Marijuana can be smelled throughout section B and C. ”

“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. “The room was nice and the bathroom was very clean. The entire hotel was mostly clean aside from a couple band aids and wrappers in our room. There was a lot of loud noises from other rooms that kept us up. We also reserved a king bed and got a queen bed upon arrival because the king rooms were full. ”

“Lovely place, perfect location, friendly staff”

“The breakfast could be improved. We've visited this hotel many times before and each time the breakfast is less attractive. The rooms look a bit old and tired. Our toilet level broke and we had to flush manually from the tank. Staff very kind and helpful.”
