“Carpet needs to be replaced, along with blinds and windows that open with screens. Wifi was challenging at first and rooms were very warm upon arrival. Queen bed needs access on both sides and futon needs to be replaced.”

“If I could give this property more than 5 stars, I would. Everything about it was perfect. Location? Perfect. Within just a couple minutes of Walmart, Starbucks, Grocery Stores etc. Layout? Perfect. Spacious living room and kitchen, 2 perfect bedrooms- one with a window A/C, both with large oscillating floor fans. Cleanliness? Perfect. Squeaky clean and smelled great. Private? You betcha. Both neighbors are close on either side but you’d never know it with the landscaping on one side and fence...

“Perfect amount of space for our family of 6 passing through on our way home from Yellowstone. Very comfortable, clean accommodations and with the heat wave, the mini fans in the rooms were much appreciated. We were able to take a dip in the river just down the road and have delicious burgers from the local drive thru Winki’s. Would definitely recommend to stay again.”
