Villa Fonteintanata | Tuscan Countryside Retreat

Villa Fonteintanata, nestled between Pisa and Volterra, is a 17th-century agriturismo set on 81 hectares of unspoiled countryside. Surrounded by ancient oaks and wildlife, it offers a peaceful retreat to reconnect with nature and Tuscany’s heritage. With the beach nearby, it’s the perfect blend of tranquility and coastal charm.

The owners live separately on the property and are always available to assist and ensure a pleasant stay.

The villa features 3 king-size bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom (bathtub/shower), a spacious living room, a pool table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Outdoor amenities include a patio with a barbecue, a wood-fired pizza oven, a steam bath and a private swimming pool.

Surrounding the villa is a picturesque olive orchard with 700 trees, a walnut grove, and a truffle field. We have a large vegetable garden, large variety of fruit trees, and free range chickens.

Additional beds/cribs are available (max 2) for an extra cost of €50 per stay.

The heating system is available for winter time for an extra €50 per day.

The steam bath is available all year around, the first session is included in your stay and extra sessions can be booked for €30.

Extra wood for the fireplace/ BBQ is available for €20 per crate.
