“Overall we was disappointed with the property due to there being a lot more damage than what we wasn't expecting and then blamed for. Even though within 15 minutes of being there we found a number of broken or damaged items. The built extension floods when there is heavy downpour as well. Broken sunbed which we didn't use but was blamed for it. A broken bunk bed and nothing was put in place even though the knew the villa was at full capacity. “Our time at the villa was a perfect. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Loved that the restaurants and supermarkets were just a short walk away from the villa. Made things so easy and stress-free. Being able to grab a bite or pick up essentials without any hassle was a big plus. It really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Great location! If you're heading to Albufeira, this place is a solid choice. Looking forward to coming back!”

“The location is perfect if you like being near the beach and clubs. The house is gorgeous and and the pool is a lot bigger than i thought it would be. The communication was great they even set up a taxi to and from the airport as well as a trip to the marina. You can’t hear the nightlife from the house. My only criticism is that the beds were very squeaky and some doors were difficult to open so we couldn’t shut them.”

“The Villa was perfect for what we needed, good quiet location close to the strip but not too close. Useful shops just round the corner. The pool area was fantastic, we paid for hot tub and pool heating and felt that was worth the extra as we used both everyday extensively. We did a lot of catering in the Villa and there is everything you need in the kitchen. We only used 2 of the rooms, the bunk bed room was a bit cramped with 2 sets of beds. Lounge was nice and comfy. “Great villa & location for a family holiday. Easy to walk everywhere, but very cheap to get around in taxis (Bolt). The villa is very close to pool and tennis court. Pool is in very good condition. Tennis court is in need of some maintenence but its fine for a friendly game.”
