“Jättefin resort - flera restauranger och barer. Fina stränder och stort poolområde. Rrevlig personal i restaurangerna och barerna. Bra mat - både i restaurangerna och vid de enklare ställena utomhus. Bra stämning vid poolen med musikquiz, dans m.m. Det som var mindre bra var att det är dyrt att åka till och från flygplatsen samt på utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och väldigt turistigt. “We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“Ett fantastiskt hotell som erbjöd allt vi kunde önska. Trevlig och positiv personal som var mycket hjälpsam. Rummet med havsutsikt och balkong var rymligt och hade ett stort badrum. Maten var utsökt och det fanns inget som saknades i buffén som varierades stort för varje dag. Stor fin pool och intilliggande strand som båda alltid var rena och fräscha. Kommer gärna tillbaka hit igen.”

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "
