All inclusive-hotell i Montego Bay

“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“Stora rymliga rum. Dock ingår INTE solstolar på stranden, maten är allt annat är bra. Absolut inte värt pengarna för många brister för att det ska kännas som all inclusive.”

“I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!”

“A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. ”

“Superb beachside location and very smart hotel with welcoming staff. Excellent coffee shop with ice creams and snacks available all day until 10pm. Lobby bar good too. A few niggles. Although there are 6 restaurants on site (to non members) there were only 3 open each night I was there, and you needed to turn up before 7 or after 9 to get a table without having to wait, as reservations were not possible.
