“The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. We loved the top tier service we received from the minute we arrived at the resort until the time we check out. “Lovely hotel from 1950 still in original style very well kept. The rooms are small but instead you have a large outdoor room with nice sofas and dining table with a view over the very nice and clean private beach. Food and service are also excellent. We also had the opportunity to see new burned turtles. My best recommendation to this hotel. ”

“Had an amazing time at Travellers! The staff were super friendly and always there to help. Since we were two girls we never had any problems with safety. The food was really good, miss that already. Me and my friend stayed in a room with garden view. And the bed was very comfortable. If you are hesitating about staying here, don't! It is really great. Will definitely come back.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Zilara, although we cut it a day short due to Hurricane Melissa. This was my first trip to Jamaica. "A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "
