“The villa and the location is just excellent, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills and the nice little village of Radicondoli. We loved the place. The only little downside is the amount of flies, probably due to the sheeps and pigs living on the surrondings. The host Pasqualina was very helpful and quick to answer any question.”

“Ett jättefint hus som passar perfekt till flera familjer eller par då det är uppdelat. Stor fin uteplats med underbar utsikt! Fin pool och trädgård. Värdparet var mycket vänliga och service inriktade. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och återvänder gärna.”

“Vi var fem vuxna och tre barn. Vi hade en fantastisk vecka. Trädgården är mycket vacker och trevlig att vistas i, man måste inte åka på utflykt alla dagar. Huset var välutrustat och bekvämt. Det var också vackert. I byn en liten affär som täcker en del behov, morgonbrödet t ex! Kan varmt rekommendera hus och värd. Mycket fint!”

“It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful.”

“Das Haus hält, was es auf den Bildern verspricht, es ist sehr geräuming mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden, in einer anderen Bewertung wurde diese vermisst. Es gibt einen umläufigen Garten, den insbesondere der Hund sehr genossen hat. Das Haus liegt am Rand von Massa Marittima, man schaut in die Landschaft, und es ist sehr ruhig. In nur 15 Minuten ist man unten in der Stadt, in der es eine tolle Auswahl von Restaurants und Geschäften gibt. Die...

“Heerlijke tijd gehad, prachtig gelegen huis met fanatastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat bed- en badlinnen zelf verzorgd moet worden. WiFi werkt nauwelijks, evenals Tv. Verdere kleinere problemen werden door zeer goed contact met de eigenaar zo snel mogelijk verholpen. Persoonlijk hadden wij een airco op de slaapkamer lekker gevonden, het bleef boven heel warm. Maar een echte aanrader!”

“I did not want to leave. Cheerful, stylish color pallet & decor. Good internet. Postcard views. Peaceful. Relaxing. Lovely outside terrace & pool. The quibbles-no television, no coffee machine, no microwave. Sofa & coffee table are more shabby than chic. Stains. Need replacing.”

“Nous avons bien profité de la maison, des alentours. C’est une très belle région. Dommage que le spa ne fonctionnait pas, il manque un peu de vaisselle pour une si grande maison et un-deux parasols pour le bord de la piscine. Sinon c’était parfait. De bons montant de partage. La personne qui s’occupe de la maison est sympathique et serviable. Un immense merci.”
