We enjoyed walking to the beach, playing corn-hole in the yard, relaxing in the many places to sit outside, and even being able to cook our own meals with the gas stove! “The property is lovely. I didn’t have my dog, but Lynne let me know that it is pet friendly large outdoor space with a wonderful view. Lots of special touches. Lynn works really hard to make it welcoming. That includes, lavender gifts and homemade scones. It was really a wonderful stay. I loved the pig that was there to visit with.”

“Booking and communication with Monica was excellent. Good location to explore Santa Cruz to Carmel. 2 minute drive to Manresa Beach. The parking pass is a plus, giving you easy parking access to Manresa or Sunset beaches. Good value and cozy property. The unit was a very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was basic, but very comfortable and I am picky.”

“Very clean overall, comfortable beds, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. i was worried about the noise of the nearby road when we arrived, but with the windows closed, the air in, nobody noticed any noise at all during the night. I would stay there again. ”

“Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of...

“Had a lovely week stay. Lots of wonderful restaurants and shops. Very walkable. Beautiful beach and pier walks every day. Close drive to hiking and Santa Cruz. No view from condo, but location was excellent. Highly recommend. ”
