“Clean. Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a supermarket a short drive (<1 mile) if you want to cook a meal. Hosts are proactively communicative and even though they live in the attached larger house, we never saw or heard them.”

“Location, location, location. Steps to the beach and a nice view from the deck of the harbor. The cottage is well appointed with pretty much most of what you need. The accommodations are cozy and the deck is wonderful for outdoor meals.”
