“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“Exactly what you need for an airport layover. Clean, friendly staff, comfy bed, close to the airport with a shuttle. I can’t comment on the breakfast because I had to leave ahead of breakfast. I was able to order a delicious pizza that arrived super quick when I arrived at 9:30pm via menus featured near the front desk. ”

“This hotel is like half beautiful and then half decrepit. The chairs wil be lovely and then the light in the elevator is held together with tie wraps. Beautiful wall trim, and then carpets that are peeling everywhere. Mostly we were disappointed bc we went for the pool exclusively and it was closed for half of our stay. The restaurant was bland, and way overpriced. The waitress sneakily charged us $10 for our coffee refill, which was outrageous. The room was good. Beds were comfortable....
