“Our stay was fantastic! We would definitely come again! The beds were great, we fixed dinner and breakfasts there, had all the pots and pans and appliances we needed to make great meals. It was very convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. Plus the information we were sent was very informative and useful. It was a fantastic stay!”

“Overall, this was a nice property. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt like there should be a large area rug in the living room so you could sit on it, do yoga stretches, etc. The floors are tile and it would be nice to have some floor space, even for kids to lay on and watch TV. The rug in the living room was very small, not very cushy, and only big enough for the coffee table to sit on. Kitchen was stocked well and we appreciated having some ziploc baggies available.”

“The house was great and was just what we needed. Felt nicely updated and is conveniently located a few blocks from main street. Nice quiet neighborhood. The hosts were great and very responsive! The weather was hot but the mini-split system kept the house very comfortable. All good for us!”

“Xavier is an awesome host. We had a minor glitch with the VRBO app, and he called me at check-in to provide his direct contact information in case we had any issues. We didn’t have any issues but had some questions and he responded swiftly. The house is new, spacious, and beds are comfortable. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. We are in the area regularly and will stay here again.”

“My husband, teenage son and dogs stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The home is modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating. They even left small vials of lavender oil for us to take home and dog bones for our pups! Highly recommend this home as a basecamp for your adventures in the area. It's 35 minutes to Black Canyon of the Gunnison and 5 minutes to downtown Montrose.”

“A little outdated but fairly comfortable. VHS in living room tv did not work (tracking was off?) and tv did not have a remote. Bathroom door was on backwards. Kitchen had a lot of amenities and host left a signature spice/seasoning…thank you! ”
