“We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“This is a clean, well decorated and spacious property! We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. The back area has a park like setting and the neighbor has a very adorable little dog. It is only 5 minutes from downtown which was our main destination. Very nice place!”

They also have someone living in the back of the house which I wish I would have known but he didn’t bother us at all. “This is wonderful place, but needs better description of house. The beds upstairs in one bedroom, had no top sheets, just bedspreads, and top bunks not good for adults due to ladders. Nothing major, I’m sure they will get it stocked in time, or at least tell perspective tenants to bring their own cup towels, dish clothes, pot holders etc. trash cans in bathrooms, for price per night this should be a 5 star listing in our opinion.
