“Stayed here with my son's families and their girls. There were 5 adults and 2 toddlers. This place was great as everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space and the beach was just a short stroll down the block. Easy to get to with a small beach town vibe. Sunny Days management team was very accommodating and great to deal with. I would stay here again.”

“I was in need of a rental home for 3 weeks. I could not have found a better home and host than right here. The communication was stellar throughout. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook...

“The house had some nice upgrades which we were not expecting. Liked: the location, the master suite, the crazy number of TVs, and the private rooftop terrance. The bathrooms were both also nicely upgraded. Unexpected: it was mostly on street parking, but there was sufficient on street parking available on the immediate street and nearby streets. Just had to parallel park. Im not sure how that parking all works on street cleaning days, but we were not there on one of those days.The entire...
