“To start of, the outside of the cabin is not very welcoming. The inside was cozy, but the floors were dusty as well as the bathroom. There was dog hair on some of the blankets. The shower was horrible, the hot water lasted 2 minutes before it got cold. The shower created condensation all over the bathroom and the moisture stayed in the walls as well as the floor basically our entire stay. The toilet was not stable at all and was wobbly every time we sat. Unfortunately I would not stay here...

“Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years! It looks, feels, and smells like new. ”

“The view of lake was great. We were in cabin 1, But the cabins are really run down and not very clean. Oven was filthy and stove top and sink had deep scratches and chunks of porcelain hunks gone leaving black spots. Faucets had corrosion , water had a really bad smell. I could go on but I should stop. We will never stay there again or suggest it to our friends. ”

“From the reviews it looked like it would be a cute little place for a quick weekend away. Once we arrived we had to clean the firepit out of cardboard and other stuff. The back of the bus where the bed is does not lock so security is not a guarantee. The outdoor shower and indoor shower were both freezing cold, no hot water. The final straw though was the spiders once you go to bed. We killed at least 12 and got maybe 3 hours of sleep. We stayed one night and found other accommodations in the...

“Very welcoming host. We stayed overnight while bike packing the white pine trail. Warm comfortable place to stay. Very convenient location. Close to town for restaurant access. Enjoyed the peaceful river and a nice fire pit. Thank you for a great weekend stop! We will come again ! ”
