“Nice view from room on 11th floor and the room was very spacious but outdated. Shower door broken so water came on floor, old stained carpet, pigeon living on the balcony leaving poop on floor and window . The hotel does not offer Beach/pool towels even if they are situated on the beach and offers indoor and outdoor pool. When coming from the beach there are no places to wash off sand from feets and no where to shower after swimming in pool or ocean. Pool was cold and dirty. They didn't offer...

We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared .
