Some minor inconveniences: hot tub water was really green when we checked in Monday afternoon so we didn’t get to use it that day, but a quick response back from the owner let us know that maintenance is every Tuesday and Friday morning and the hot tub guy came Tuesday 10am. He said it looked like it...

“The view....cannot top this one....up high but very close to the crashing waves! Private stairs to a beach that you only see a few people walking by....very private and quiet. The rental was so fun...they have thought of everything and it was just relaxation time. Very clean and you can smell that it was clean. Side note...the rental is in distance for Door Dashing from Watsonville....huge plus if you dont have enough umph left after a busy day. On our short list of must go back places for...

“Wonderful location. Near Boardwalk, Capitola shopping, and steps from a perfect beach. It’s our fourth year at this house and we’re already booking for next year. We love the two kitchens and the two large tables for eating together and for playing family games. Michele, the hostess, is so responsive.”

“This was a terrible place. The place was dirty, there was dog hair all over. The shower drain produces a terrible odor after shower is used or when the tenants in the house use their bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and each time you get on it or move made sounds as if it is going to fall apart any minute. The shower floor and floor around the bathtub was dirty. The place is under a house, so when the occupants of the house walk, makes a lot of noise and we could not take a nap the first day...
